OEB NOW sponsored "A Perspective on Ballot Proposition 4" (pdf flyer) on Saturday, September 13 from 2-4pm at the Rockridge Library in Oakland. A thorough and educational presentation was made on Ballot Proposition 4 for a Constitutional Amendment  on parental notification.  Active and penetrating questions and discussion followed fron the audience of 56.

OEB NOW members still monitor at the clinics with the "bubble ordinance" in place. Recent violators of the ordinance were arrested and fined.
