About the Chapter

The National Organization for Women, Oakland/East Bay chapter, is dedicated to the advancement of women's rights and social status. Our diverse grassroots organization encourages participation of women and men of all social and economic backgrounds.

You can help by becoming a member of our chapter, attending one of our events, making a donation, or volunteering your time and talents. We currently need a volunteer to check and repspond to the Chapter's voice mail. Please e-mail cdnorberg@comcast.net if interested.

Annual membership dues are $40. NOW offers a sliding scale between $15 and $39 for anyone unable to pay the full amount. Join now!

Board meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
